IBM Bluemix Container Management Instrument for Prototyping and Deployments

To use:

1. You should have a live container and images
2. Enter configuration data, use --help or -h
3. Make sure to be aware of relative or absolute directories for build
4. Script deletes previous images and cartridge, adjust as necessary
5. Requires ice login within dedicated Docker VM environment
